Checkered Plate

Checkered steel plates, or diamond plates, sold by CamaSteel through our trusted steel suppliers are textured steel plates that reduce the risk of slipping. This is done by producing a diamond plate as a solution for stairs, catwalks, walkways, and ramps in industrial areas. These checkered steel plates are made using two different methods: stamping and with an electronic thermal machine. Stamping is the processes where two giant rollers, one with the pattern and the other smooth, roll over steel plates. An electronic thermal machine flash heats the steel plate melting the surface and cooling it in the desired shape.
